Head Barista (Full Time)

Location: Pine Cone Coffee Shop, Monkstown, Dublin

Role: Head Barista

Contract: Full Time

What's required:

• Min. 2 years coffee experience
• Flexible work schedule (inc. weekends)
• Passion for coffee and experience in a speciality coffee environment

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with our roastery team to ensure there is variety in the range of coffees available in the shop.
• Set recipes for new coffees (espresso and filter) and programme equipment where necessary.
• Provide information and training to staff on all coffees.
• Create new signature drinks.
• Lead customer such as home brew classes.
• Work with Media team to promote new and existing coffees/drinks.
