Many of our customers ask what coffee they should brew with their home espresso machine. Our first recommendation is always the same: Try our Brazilian coffee Nossa.

Whether you drink coffee black or with milk, it offers a smooth, rich and balanced experience. This is in part due to its origin. Brazil is reputed for growing coffee that reminds of chocolate and hazelnut. But it is also a result of how the coffee is processed.

After the harvest, coffee cherries are left to dry under the Sun with their flesh and skin on. This is known as the natural process, and it results in a full-bodied coffee that we find particularly well-suited for espresso making.
